AlliGator Overview

AlliGator is a software for fluorescence lifetime image data analysis using the
phasor approach and standard nonlinear fitting.

It was initially developed as part of a collaborative project described in ref.
[KC18]_ listed on the :ref:`Bibliography page <alligator-bibliography>`.

If you are using AlliGator in a publication or otherwise, please consider citing
this reference or the more recent article (ref. [XM25]_) specifically describing 
AlliGator.
